Rise & Grind Smoothie



This morning I wanted to make something to help jump-start my day.  A citrus smoothie was quick and easy to whip up just before I had to run to work.  I checked my fruit bowl and my fridge and found the perfect ingredients. The cocoa powder adds a nice touch of chocolate!  

Ingredients:
1 orange
1 frozen banana
1 heaping spoonful plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup Zico coconut water

Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until all ingredients are incorporated.


Pour smoothie into a reusable cup with a straw and head to work!
