Pesto Tortellini Skewers

Attending a Memorial Day barbeque this weekend?  

Pesto Tortellini Skewers  
would be the perfect {and simple} side dish or appetizer to bring with you!

1 package 3 cheese tortellini
1 container grape tomatoes, halved
Fresh mozzarella, cut in 1 inch pieces

3/4 cup pesto sauce
24 wooden skewers

Cook tortellini according to packaging and drain
Generously coat tortellini with pesto sauce and let cool in the fridge for about an hour
Skewer all ingredients nicely onto stick.
Serve in festive bowl and eat up!
